Reviews and Ratings
My stay was fantastic overall! The Roble apartment was clean and comfortable, and the sea view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful, responding to all my questions promptly. However, I did have to change rooms due to booking issues, and while the Limon was good, it didn’t quite match the charm of Roble. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!
The hotel boasts a wonderful view and has great potential as a property, but unfortunately, it falls short in several areas. The abundance of cats might not sit well with everyone, and the service was lacking, especially at the pool bar which was never available as promised. Rooms need significant upgrades to meet expectations for the price point, and navigating through the property can be a hassle due to the stair situation.
Our stay at Pelican Eyes Resort left us feeling mixed. While the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings were highlights, we faced significant issues with cleanliness and pest problems. Additionally, the service was lacking, which really affected our overall experience. It's a place with potential, but it needs some serious attention to details.
Our stay at Pelican Eyes Resort was a mixed bag. The views were absolutely stunning and the landscaping is beautiful, but the number of stairs was overwhelming at times. The service was a hit or miss, and unfortunately, we had to deal with some cleanliness issues in our room which lowered our overall experience. The dining options were good but could use some variety. Overall, it's a charming place if you're prepared for the stairs and some quirks.
I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the hotel, although I felt it was a bit overpriced. The views from the property are stunning, especially at sunset, which was a highlight for me. The location allows for easy walking to town, but be prepared for lots of steps! The rooms were spacious, but the bathrooms were in need of updates. Overall, it’s a decent place if you don’t mind the few downsides.
